This is to inform that the Italian State Property Office (Agenzia del Demanio) has launched two network projects Lighthouses, Towers and Coastal Buildings and Paths and Trails.
The aim is the requalification and re-use of state owned properties pertaining to the historical or naturalistic heritage, selected on the entire national area, in order to promote sustainable tourism through initiatives of an innovative, social, cultural, recreational and sporting nature.
For Lighthouses, Towers and Coastal Buildings (Fari, Torri ed Edifici costieri) the procedure is through calls for bids or tenders for the concession/lease for valorization of public buildings and properties (free offer) for a period from 5 up to 50 years, stimulating public-private partnerships.

For Paths and Trails (Cammini e Percorsi) the properties will be placed on the market by public disclosure in two different procedures: free concession and concession for valorization for a period from 5 up to 50 years.
