The Embassy of Italy in Kuala Lumpur celebrates the 9th<\/sup> edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World (November 18-24), with the theme \u201cMediterranean Diet and Recipes of our Roots: Health and Tradition.\u201d This year\u2019s program focuses on the connection between health and Italian culinary traditions, emphasizing the acknowledged value of the Mediterranean Diet – recognized in 2010 as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage – in supporting a wholesome, balanced, and sustainable lifestyle.<\/p>\n

In Malaysia, the 9th<\/sup> Edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World was presented by the Embassy of Italy in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency in Kuala Lumpur and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (ItalCham), at the inaugural event held on November 14th<\/sup>, 2024, at the official Residence of the Italian Ambassador to Malaysia, at the presence of media representatives, professionals from various sectors of the F&B industry, importers, distributors, chefs, and key stakeholders in Italian cuisine, including representatives from culinary academies and universities.”<\/p>\n
